ECMXCup in Genk canceled – Culitzsch takes over on May 2, 2026

Hello ECMXCup participants and friends,

After the Classic Training on March 19, 2026, in Genk, we were informed by riders that noise measurements for classic motorcycles were being conducted in Genk. Upon inquiry, we received the information that the limit is 110 dB; anyone exceeding this limit cannot start. This information was not provided by the organizers but only after we inquired. This has never happened at a classic race before. We cannot be responsible for riders traveling several hundred kilometers from across Europe only to be unable to race. We had no other option but to cancel the event in Genk, which was not an easy decision.
